Tomahawk 2011

1.  Tomahawk registration and deposit of $25 due by Monday, April 4th.

2.  Health forms are required for each Scout attending camp.
New health forms must be completed and signed by a doctor once per year for Tomahawk.
***Health forms are due by August 1st.  You must submit two copies.***

3.  Any parent attending camp must have all 3 pages filled out on the Health Form.  Talk to Nikki Carlson to verify available dates.

4.  Boys must attend August 1st meeting for required bear training.

5.  Boys will need $10 to stop at Perkins (or they may bring a packed lunch), and $10 for a stop at A&W on the way home from Tomahawk.  Boys may also want $20-$30 spending money for the camp store.
